Outcome before technology
Begin with the business decision, the economic lever and the accountable owner. Select technology only after the problem is clear.
Advaitha is a strategic AI architecture and advisory initiative of RightSense Technologies Private Limited, focused on engineering-intensive manufacturing enterprises.
Mohan Babu is an enterprise AI strategist and manufacturing systems architect with experience spanning ERP, PLM, product configuration, engineering processes, industrial operations and large-scale transformation. His work has included SAP and Oracle environments, engineering-intensive manufacturing and the integration challenges that sit between commercial, engineering and operations teams.
Advaitha applies that experience to a new problem: how enterprises can adopt Agentic AI without creating more fragmentation, unmanaged autonomy or technology that cannot be tied to business outcomes.
The name Advaitha reflects a simple architectural principle: intelligence and operations should not live as separate worlds. The philosophy is expressed practically—not metaphysically—through integrated context, governed decision loops and fewer gaps between information and accountable action.
Begin with the business decision, the economic lever and the accountable owner. Select technology only after the problem is clear.
Use the systems already running the enterprise as the foundation, rather than introducing another disconnected island of intelligence.
Define permissions, evidence, approvals and escalation before agents are allowed to act on material enterprise processes.
Advaitha defines strategy, architecture and governance. RightSense provides transformation, delivery and integration capability. PulseIQ, WinsProposal and TalentPulse provide purpose-built acceleration where there is a clear fit, without requiring a product-first transformation.
